My wife and I are so impressed with outfit training. We are 70 years old and it has challenged us in many ways. Our goal is to feel good and keep up with our grandkids at this age. And a good golf game I might add. The trainers are all very patient and allow you to modify your workout. We highly recommend you come join us because it is always more fun with more people!!!
