SIGNATURE CLASS

Experience OutFit at its best! This outdoor workout blends athletic training and functional movement for all levels. Build strength, boost endurance, and move with energy under the open sky—fueling both body and spirit.

STRENGTH CLASS

Build real strength that drives performance. Using kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight moves, you’ll boost total-body power, core stability, and endurance. Scalable for all levels—leave every workout stronger and more confident.

SPECIALITY CLASS

Keep your training fresh with unique outdoor sessions like TRX Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, and Flexibility. These epic classes pop up in the group schedule—don’t miss them!

PERSONAL TRAINING

For ultimate results and personal attention, OutFit Personal Training delivers. Your coach creates a custom plan—building strength, refining skills, or easing back after time off. Every move and pace is tailored to you, with open-air sessions that stay focused, energizing, and distraction-free.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Train like a team with the focus of personal coaching. In these small-group outdoor sessions (up to 3 people), you’ll get a customized athletic workout—strength circuits, speed drills, and functional conditioning—with a coach who keeps you on track. Push harder, progress faster, and have more fun together.

FIRST CLASS

COACH

Your coach will check you in & give you the run-down of class so you're set up for success. This is a great time to share your fitness background and goals so we can tailor the class to you.

TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get oriented and meet your coach and other members!

OUTWEAR & ITEMS

Wear breathable gear and solid training shoes. Bring a water bottle and towel—we’ve got extras if needed. A fitness tracker’s optional but great for tracking your progress.

CLASS FORMATION

A full-body HIIT circuit combining cardio, strength, and bodyweight moves. Includes warm-up and cooldown. The color-coded timer keeps you challenged, safe, and training at your level.
