Our customized vans deliver everything you’d expect from a premium fitness club—all in one mobile package. Whether it’s a park, a school, a workplace, or your neighborhood, we bring the group fitness experience to you. And for those who want a more personal touch, we even offer private training delivered right to your doorstep.

OUR CLASS TYPES

OutFit Signature Class: This is OutFit at its best—our flagship outdoor workout that blends the training style of athletes with the accessibility of functional movement. Under the open sky, you’ll move through circuits combining strength, cardio bursts, agility drills, and mobility work. Every station is scalable, so newcomers feel successful and seasoned athletes push their limits. You’ll train like a pro, recover like one, and leave with the energy that only comes from fresh air, sunshine, and a crew that’s got your back.
OutFit Strength Class: Strength is the foundation of performance—and this class delivers it. Using a mix of resistance bands, kettlebells, bodyweight, and outdoor training setups, we focus on building total-body strength, core stability, and joint resilience. Perfect for those wanting to improve sports performance, boost muscle tone, or support long-term health. Every workout is scalable, so whether you’re new to training or chasing PRs, you’ll leave stronger and more capable than before.
OutFit Specialty Class: Our Specialty Classes keep your training fresh and your body adapting—athletic conditioning with a twist. We bring a unique focus to the outdoors with things like TRX Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, and Flexibility sessions; keep an eye out for these epic classes sprinkled into the group schedule!
OutFit Personal Training: When you want the ultimate in results and attention, OutFit Personal Training delivers. Your coach builds a custom plan—whether that’s developing foundational strength, improving sport-specific skills, or rehabbing after time off. Every move, pace, and progression is tailored to you, and the open-air environment keeps sessions energizing and stress-free. This is how athletes train—focused, measured, and without distractions
 
OutFit Small Group Training: Train like a team, with the focus of personal coaching. In these up to 3-person outdoor sessions, you’ll get an athletic-style workout customized for your group. Expect strength circuits, speed drills, and functional conditioning—alongside a coach who keeps you accountable and progressing. Whether you’re friends, coworkers, or training partners, you’ll push harder and have more fun together.

YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH OUTFIT

Arrive Early & Get Oriented:

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early. You’ll meet your OutFit Instructor Coach (OIC), get a brief tour of the setup, and receive a rundown of how OutFit works—especially the color‑coded timer system that personalizes your challenge level through green, yellow, and red zones.

This is a great time to share your fitness background and goals—if you’re new, returning after a break, or super fit—and to mention any injuries or concerns so the coach can recommend modifications.

What to Wear & Bring:
  • Athletic gear: Moisture‑wicking shirts and shorts or leggings, along with cross‑training or running shoes to support diverse movements.

  • Water bottle: Hydrate frequently and bring your own bottle; many locations have Yeti Coolers with extra water handy.

  • Towel: Handy for sweat—some locations have extras, but bringing your own is a pro tip!

  • Optional: Fitness tracker (Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.)—if you have one, bring it!

Class Format (50-60 Minutes Total):

The session lasts about 50 to 60 minutes, which includes 5–10 minutes of warm‑up and cooldown.

The OutFit Signature Workout is a HIIT-style circuit: you’ll rotate through intervals of cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises. The color timer system helps you push yourself while staying safe and within your ability level.
